In early summer 2003 over afternoon coffee at Paul's Nancy suggested that we try to get everybody together again, sort of like the old family reunions we remembered as children. For no better reason than Paul knew the date, we decided on the first weekend in October, when the Magnolia State Bluegrass Festival is normally held. That turned out to be cancelled this year, and several people couldn't make it, but this was probably the largest group of us since Aunt Dot's 75th birthday party.
